NEW BEGINNINGS Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Together we will commit our lives and our all to the edifying of the church and the saving of souls for His Glory. In 1 Cor. 15:58 we read these words : "Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord." If what we do is for the Lord and we do it for His Glory then it will never be in vain. Our job isn't to be measured by the world's standards but measured in God's standard. Here in this verse God's standards are:
	1. Stedfastness A stedfast person is one who is reliable and faith to the end. God wants you and I to keep on keeping on till He returns. All the work that God has for His children to do is to be done till Jesus comes again to reclaim His own. God is not worried about ABILITY God want's faithfulness. Just be faithful. What was it that the Lord instructed the Corinthians , "Moreover it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful."(1 Cor. 4:2) That's it. Just be faithful. If we are faithful then our labour is not in vain. Praise God!!!
	2. Unmoveable More accurately known as immoveable. Refusing to move from your stand and faithfulness in the Lord. Unmoveable when the going gets tough. Unmoveable when it's only you and the Lord. Eph 6:13 "Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand." So, together let us be stedfast and unmoveable in the work of the Lord. Together we will watch our work not be in vain and witness great and mighty things God is going to do at New Hope Fellowship Wesleyan.
